Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with EJ Print and Pour Co. We work to prepare every order with care.

Processing Times

Because our products may be made to order or handmade, processing times vary by product type:

  • Made-to-order apparel: 2–7 business days
  • 3D-printed and resin items: 5–10 business days
  • Candy and ready-to-ship items: 3–5 business days

Processing time is the time needed to prepare an order before it ships. It does not include carrier transit time.

Shipping Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Orders containing different product types may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. EJ Print and Pour Co is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or replacement costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If you notice an address error, email us immediately at ejjbauer13@gmail.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if there is a problem with delivery, contact us at ejjbauer13@gmail.com with your order number and photos when applicable. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate solution.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout. 

International Orders EJ Print and Pour Co ships eligible apparel, 3D-printed items, and resin items to select international destinations. Candy and other cottage-food products are currently available only to customers with a Colorado delivery address. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or carrier fees charged by their country. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly shown at checkout. International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or local regulations.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
